Allan Kemp

Principal Solicitor/ Director

Admitted in 2021, completing a principle law of practise certification; Allan thrives in providing the very best defence to his clients. Allan is a firm believer that every person deserves a defence regardless of their position in the community and demonstrates this by being an active provider of Legal Aid services and regularly takes position as Duty Solicitor in Inverell and Glen Innes. Allan is a proud and engaged member of his local church along with his beloved wife, Katelynn and their seven children.

Alex Reynolds

Office Manager

As the office manager, Alex ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the practise and provides valuable support to both our team and clients. Known for her reliability, professionalism and strong organisational skills, Alex plays a key role in keeping everything operating efficiently. Alex is currently studying at the University of New England, further developing her skills and knowledge to continue providing the highest standard of support to our firm and clients.

Micah McGee

Practical Legal Training Student

Micah is a practical legal training student with a strong foundation on disability support and mental health experience that conforms a compassionate and client-focused approach to legal practice. Driven by advocacy and rigorous analysis, Micah is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal issues with clarity and confidence. Micah holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Bachelor of Law from the University of New England and will be admitted in 2026. With a passion for empowering individuals and promoting equitable outcomes, Micah is developing his career based on integrity, diligence and respect.
